Best wishes to all the happy couples who tied the knot this past week! You know who you are. July is a good month to get married. I noticed that the date 7.3.2026 adds up to 20, or 2, if you do that numerology thing.
That said, this Saturday is another event of epic proportion! Time for our monthly Saturday afternoon residency at The Saloon, 4 - 8 pm. We enjoy the place. It's funky, and not pretentious. The parking can be a challenge, but there are ways around that.
It's all about expectations. Here's a tip: as soon as you arrive, go to the bar, order your drink of choice, and tip the bartender. It doesn't have to be alcohol.
The lineup this date will be more improvisational than the last few gigs. My hands will be waving in the air more than usual.
