It's been a weekend to remember in more ways than one. There is darkness and light in every day and in every one of us. I do my best to live in the light and sleep when it is dark.
Thank you to all the folks who managed to wrangle yourselves away from couches and screens long enough to spend an hour or two with us on Saturday night as we presented the first of what I hope will be many "big band blues" shows, this debut at The Throckmorton in Mill Valley.
The audience was very receptive, and I'm really floored by some of the feedback we've received so far. Pics and recording to follow.
Our next gig is July 31st at the Empress Marquis Lounge. After that, we are back in Marin on August 3rd for San Anselmo Live on the Avenue, and more after that.
We'll be adding these dates soon to Bandsintown and Songkick, etc.
