Hope you are doing well - we are plugging along, riding life's ups and downs, doing our best to create more ups than downs. Thank goodness for music! We have a gig on Saturday afternoon at - you guessed it -- The Saloon! 4 - 8 - don't be late... (pm, of course, otherwise it would be morning!)
Sharing some photos from Halloween via an embedded post from facebook -- I had fun playing some old and new favorites with Susan Copperman, Stan Erhart, Michael Warren, Randy Hayes, and Ben "King" Perkoff, along with his cousin, David, who flew in from Austin! It was as if 25 years had just melted away. Myron asked me to decorate the place for the occasion, so I obliged! :
Anyway, I am headed to Mac's in Fairfax tonight, my new favorite hang. Mitch Woods is back from the Legendary Blues Cruise, and Randy McDonald from Tommy Castro and the Painkillers is going to be there as well. If you stop by, be sure to buy a cocktail or a mocktail or two - we need to support the venues that support live music!
