Taking a quick few minutes before my Monday day gig shift to say "hello" and to see how you are doing during this unprecedented worldwide event.
If you get a chance and haven't already, check out the iHeart Radio performances hosted by Elton John. A few of the performances brought tears to my eyes and a smile to my face. Maybe they will bring you some joy.
The Mill Valley Howl seems to be spreading. A friend of mine mentioned the poem "The Howl" - so I gave it another read. We seem to be at a similar point on the spiral.
So grateful for the power of music and art, and what seems to be the resurgence of true journalism.
And a growing appreciation of what truly matters in this life and in this world.
