Happy Monday and April Fools' Day! Some fun jokes on social media today. We all need to laugh once in a while.
I start a new day gig today. Not a joke, and I am stoked, to say the least. Like almost everything, it is temporary. Love is forever. If it is not forever, it isn't/wasn't love.

So far, the lineup is Pat Duffey on guitar, Arne Frager on bass, Doug Rowan on sax, Roy Blumenfeld on drums. Special guests TBA.
This will probably serve as the first official "campaign rally" as I seek the Democratic nomination for President. It is fitting, as I advocate for decriminalization of marijuana at the federal level. It makes sense.
What does not make sense: kids in cages, private prisons, school lockdown drills instead of study hall, PTSD induced suicides, the murder of young men who are doing tbeir best to use their powers for good, wars that do not end, drilling in our National Parks, whales dying because their bellies are filled with plastic. Kids should not have to skip school for #climatestrike.
One person cannot fix all these messes, but we deserve someone in the White House who will utilize the platform for better things than spewing hate and lies.

And courage to fight for your principles, even if some people think you have lost your mind.
