Happy Father's Day

Grateful for all the attentive fathers out there. Keep your children close. If you can't be near them, be sure to let them know you love them. Your love will carry them through difficult times.

Honestly - Father's Day was a rough one for me for many years.

If you are having a rough time today, I hope you can find the best part of yourself and credit your father for at least part of that. When we hold onto anger or sadness for what we think "could have been" or "should have been" - we miss what is happening now.
